I have to share my inspiring experience with these 7mm knee sleeves! Though they’re designed for powerlifting, I decided to use them for running due to knee issues I've been managing. They exceeded my expectations!
I'm a 38-year-old male who often works out and changes my workouts between strength training, CrossFit, and running. Today was my first run using them, which was remarkable. Unlike another brand I tried that bunched up and slid down, these sleeves stayed perfectly in place, providing fantastic compression and stability! I did purchase a size below my measurement to ensure more compression and stability.
