I was worried that the hooks would be thin or plastic, I was going on a "gamble" of sorts. These things are awesome! Super thick steel for the hooks, very thick straps and good velcro hold. They really do take the fatigue off my hands for pull ups (have not done dead lifts with them yet) Very impressed, thank you GR!
