Haven’t ever used straps before. A while ago I shattered my wrist so I got wrist braces to help aid. Quickly noticed anytime I try to pull a heavy bar, I.E. Deadlift, it would feel like my hand was coming off. Finally bought some of these and it’s a world of difference. I mean, it’s crazy how much more I can lift and feel comfortable about not injuring myself anymore, not to mention just increased stability all around. Great quality item and works exactly as intended if not better.
Side note - Gymshark Shipping beats out YoungLA by a mile. If you order Black Friday, go gymshark lol. YoungLA will say 4-5 days and it took about 13 days. Gymshark shipped my items in 2 days, even during Black Friday.
