Ahaha seriously though these things do wonders they offer crazy stability, they’re aesthetically pleasing, and I can bust out a way more reps ! Best of all they help keep my shoulders and elbows locked in I was able to push more weight for more reps and had no shoulder pain !

Takes some getting used to of you've never written them before. If you have relatively small joints in comparison to muscle size you might have to go up one size for the recommended based on joint circumference.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for my order, it still hasn't left your state. I'm not blaming you guys because it was picked already. It just sucks to keep being that my order will be here tomorrow when it didn't even get close to ny yet .
