This kit is a fun game changer, unpacked it and used them instantly. Need to give it more time but the elbow and wrist wraps are just amazing for heavy bench, they have saved my wrist and elbows and have allowed me to increase my max. The knee braces and belt are comfortable and have great support!! I recommend to anyone who struggles with tendinitis in your lifts!!
